Reclamation and Transfers

In addition to new membership, New York State welcomes all transfer Sorors, inactive Sorors, or Sorors in and/or relocating to New York. If you wish to visit, transfer, and/or reactivate membership, please contact the chapter in your area and/or contact Ms. Levette Jones, New York State director.

Transfer

Any current member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated may transfer her membership from an existing undergraduate or graduate chapter into a chapter in New York State. The qualifications for transfer include a signed transfer reference card, a copy of your college/university degree and appropriate payment.

Reclamation

Any member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated who has been inactive for over two (2) years may reactivate her membership in one of the chapters in New York State. The qualifications for reclamation include a valid Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated membership card and/or membership number, a copy of your college/university degree and appropriate payment.
